The Skipper
Lead by example. Heart break last week but the support he got today was amazing. Proper West Ham United.

Let's not go overboard, he was decent but nowhere near in Kouyate's class who between him and Zarate should have been MoM

When made captain, he always ups his game, makes me wonder why he hasn't been given it full time

Re: The Skipper
He becomes a much much much better player when surrounded by class players better than he.

An on form Downing to go along with Kayoute and Zarate and no Nolan brought Noble back to the Tevez great escape form.

Re: The Skipper
We were such a better TEAM today. Tried to keep it down, broke with purpose rather than looking for a breather and done out business well.

It'll gut some as will other things, but we'll leave them till Monday, but this club hating wanker is going back to GLOLcester for a drink with Goldie Looking Chain ( hate me haters ) happy.

I really missed Collins lumping it large today

Re: The Skipper
I missed that cunt Nolan making it all about him and barking his bullshit orders at people.

I've never bought in to the captain fantastic shit, off the pitch as a social secretary maybe but on the pitch he's not for me.

I tend to agree Johno, great in the championship, but not now and hasn't been for some time

Very important player for us and gets even better with Kouyate and Zarate around.

Thing is, you know as soon as the Scouser is fit he'll be straight back in.....

Ray Winstone

Depends on variables

How long is he out?
Will we win again without him?
Will Zarate play well?

I think even BFS will think twice if we are picking up lots of points without him.

I want Collins to be captain on Tuesday lumping into those cunts and showing them who's boss.

I hope Kouyate's contract doesn't have a release clause. Early days but he could be a top player

Re: The Skipper

Well he was nowhere near chamakh like he should of been when he scored.

Let's face it, it was an absolute average performance against a fucking shit team.

Downing, Kouyate & zarate were the only reason we won today

Re: The Skipper
He wasn't all that today but he did a job. Fact is he's at best an average premier league midfielder. No shame in that by any means, I wish I was one. Too often though the views on here about him become polarised with claims about him being fit for England, whilst others would see him in League 2.

He's average and on an off day below average.

Re: The Skipper
Coz the fat man will alway's pick Nolan ahead of the other 10,we alway's play a more expansive game when Nolan is missing and more often than not end up winning,Nolan is the big problem, but then we all know that(except the fat man of course).
